Nancy A. Cominoli, RP, AACP
Nancy has been a litigation paralegal in the Springfield office of Bulkley, Richardson & Gelinas, LLP since 1995. She has been a paralegal since 1984, practicing in various areas of law, but currently specializes in medical malpractice defense. Prior to starting at Bulkley Richardson, she worked for several years as a paralegal in Franklin County, Massachusetts, as well as Dallas, Texas. In addition to working as a paralegal, Nancy has also owned a gymnastic school and coached competitive gymnasts as well as coaching the University of Massachusetts track team. Nancy received both her B.S. in microbiology and M.S. in kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She has been on the Board of the Western Massachusetts Paralegal Association since 1997 and has been President for the past several years. She is a member of both the MCLE Paralegal Curriculum Advisory Committee and the Bay Path Legal Studies Professional Advisory Committee. Nancy passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE) offered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations in 2000, and has been a PACE Registered Paralegal since that time. She resides in Belchertown and is the mother of triplet sons.

Robin Grimes
Robin is a paralegal at Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C. She earned her Certificate of Advanced Paralegal studies at Elms College in 2000 and her Associates in Science from Holyoke Community College. She has been working in law firms for over 30 years. In the past she has worked in litigation, bankruptcy and divorce. Robin spent 5 years in Maryland doing insurance defense work and has done personal injury plaintiffs work. Her work is now primarily corporate compliance, forming new entities, dissolutions and mergers. She uses Athennian software for tracking hundreds of companies for the firm. As an active member of her community, she sings in a local choir, is Vice President of Chapter AG of PEO, a non-profit that provides scholarships to women, and a member of the Three Rivers Fire Department Ladies Auxillary. Robin lives in Ludlow with her husband and two sons.

Candace M. Clarke
Candace has worked for Ostrander Law Office, in Northampton, MA, since August, 1996, as a Bankruptcy Paralegal and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee Assistant.
She is also the owner of My Virtual Bankruptcy Paralegal, a remote/virtual business that prepares Bankruptcy cases, and related matters, for attorneys across the country since 2017.
Ms. Clarke is a 2002 graduate of the Paralegal Program at Our Lady of the Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts, where she received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and Advanced Paralegal Certificate. She has continued her legal education by attending numerous seminars, webinars, and conferences on bankruptcy and related areas of law.
She is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, the Western Massachusetts Paralegal Association, the Massachusetts Paralegal Association, and the Trustee Assistant Division of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.

Rhonda J. Zuccalo
Rhonda is a litigation, trial, and immigration paralegal at Egan, Flanagan & Cohen, P.C. Rhonda’s second home is in the courtroom, as she currently serves as the firm’s trial paralegal, assisting attorneys in trials in both state and federal courts. She also assists in immigration matters for religious workers. She has worked in the field of law for 20 years. Rhonda received her certificate in Advanced Paralegal Studies in 2004 from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies, Inc. (now Advanced Paralegal Institute). She also possesses a unique background in investigations, having worked for several criminal defense attorneys across the Commonwealth as a Private Investigator for over 7 years. She previously worked in trial support for the Hampden District Attorney’s Office for 4 years, in Superior Court from 2011 – 2015. Rhonda is the mother of 4, resides with her family in East Longmeadow, and enjoys camping with her family in the mountains to escape her busy life.

Susan L. Graney
Susan has been employed as a business paralegal at the law firm of Robinson Donovan, P.C. in Springfield, MA since 1997. She specializes in the areas of commercial financing, corporate, and real estate. Susan received her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Elms College, an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Program. She has served on the Board for over 10 years. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two sons.

Laura Mulhern
Laura is a paralegal at Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C. She specializes in the areas of corporate law, commercial real estate and transactions, litigation, and estate planning. She received her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Holyoke Community College in 2008, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, along with her Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Bay Path University in 2017. She has previous experience in banking and customer service. Laura lives in Chicopee with her husband.
